Acoustics range by Flowcrete - For good acoustics and comfort

Flowcrete comfort floor coatings offer system solutions for commercial, public and private facilities. Thanks to the seamless, impermeable nature of these synthetic resin floors, they are easy to clean, among other things. They are well suited to environments where both hygiene and visual aspects are important. Flowcrete floors guarantee a crack-free surface in the long term, so that frequent repairs or premature refurbishment can be avoided. This gives you a solution that is not only functional, but also economical.

The Flowcrete Flowshield Acoustics System is a new addition to the comfort range to meet the increasing requirements for impact sound insulation. The new self-levelling, flexible polyurethane coating system is characterised by its excellent impact sound insulation properties. This makes it the ideal solution for public and private areas with low footfall where exceptional sound insulation is required.

Passive fire protection with Nullifire

Passive fire protection is highly complex but of crucial importance, especially with rising building standards. Nullifire solutions ensure safety in projects.

FZ100 Fire Safe Zone - In the zone: time saving & economical

The revolutionary patented FZ100 system creates a fire-safe ‘ZONE’ for supply line penetrations. FZ100 is equipped with the unique Nullifire Graphite eXpansion Technology (GXT), which expands in the event of fire. This safely seals off any remaining openings around cable penetrations.

FZ100 can be installed quickly and easily in walls, floors or ceilings at any point during prefabrication. On the construction site, the openings are simply created in the labelled ‘zones’ and the supply lines are fed through. Finally, they are sealed with Nullifire fire protection acrylic FS702 to make them flue gas-tight - and that's it!

The usual amount of work is reduced to a few simple steps - it's that easy to increase your productivity.

Waterproofing and repairing with Vandex

Vandex products are used to effectively protect, seal repair structures exposed to water all over the world.

Vandex CEMLINE NATURE - Drinking water treatment in harmony with nature

With CEMLINE NATURE, Vandex offers a purely mineral spray and repair mortar. Technically, it complies with DVGW W300-5 (A): 08-2020, type 1 and EN1504-3 class R2. It is suitable for the extensive reprofiling of concrete surfaces and local damaged concrete defects, both as a levelling mortar and as a coating mortar. Having passed the calcite dissolution resistance test (50 mg/l - 10 times higher than specified in drinking water), it is also a reliable solution for water that is aggressive to concrete.

Matacryl Systems - The bridge waterproofing system for today's challenges

The special feature of the Tremco system: the membranes are based on PUMA ‘Hybrid’ synthetic resins, which combine the reaction speed of MMA with the properties of a PU system and thus unite the best features of both technologies. Thanks to their rapid curing, the Matacryl systems can even be applied at temperatures as low as -20 ºC and can be walked on after around 60 minutes. And all this with optimised crack bridging!

Flexible in application - can be applied both manually and by spraying.

Sealing, bonding & insulating with illbruck

Perfect sealing, bonding and insulation are crucial for both the function of buildings and their energy efficiency. The illbruck systems offer reliable solutions.

illbruck Multi-Layer Technology for waterstopping - Maximum airtightness and excellent resistance to driving rain

illbruck has developed the Multi-Layer Technology according to the motto ‘Tight is mandatory’. This unique and patented technology is based on a combination of tape, film or sealant. The advantages of the structure are maximum air and driving rain tightness. This is ensured by the fully airtight outer layer of the tapes.

The tried-and-tested TP654 TRIO 1050 multifunctional tape with multi-layer technology stands for reliable airtight installation, is up to 100 % more airtight than required by DIN 18542, has a high driving rain tightness of up to 1050 Pa, is highly sound-insulating up to 60 dB, and offers confusion-proof installation, as it has no predetermined inner and outer sides.

Two new joint sealing tapes

The TP670 AIRSEAL 750 joint sealing tape is the ideal solution both for airtight internal sealing with narrow joint depths and for driving rain-proof external sealing.

The second new product is the non-impregnated TP070 AIRSEAL INT joint sealing tape. The tape was specially developed for airtight internal sealing in modular construction. It is ideal for the subsequent sealing of module joints and is easy to dismantle.

illbruck A2 membranes - Solutions for windows, facades, roofs and interior walls

In addition to the tried and tested membranes for window joints and areas in contact with the ground, the A2 membrane range complements the illbruck portfolio. The coordinated range of facade membrane, vapour barrier and adhesive tape is the reliable solution for modern construction projects.

The special feature of the new illbruck films is their multi-layer structure consisting of an aluminium coating on glass fibre fabric. They therefore fulfil the high requirements for non-combustibility - A2-s1,d0 according to EN13501-1 and A2 according to DIN4102-1 - as well as temperature resistance.

Perimeter connection flange sealing systems - sealing in accordance with 'IFB Building Guidelines'

This system offers a secure, tested solution for the bottom connection of floor-to-ceiling window and door elements to the adjoining building components. It consists of a sealing coating (OS925 Flexible Sealing Coating), a sealing foil (ME501 TwinAktiv HI) and an adhesive (SP351 Window Installation Adhesive).

Simple application - without the need for a fleece insert.
Safe processing - no harmful ingredients.

Clever coating systems complement the portfolio for airtight building envelopes. Depending on the circumstances, it is not always easy to apply a tape or a film without imperfections. Here, a liquid membrane is the simple and quick solution and offers a perfect, controllable result.
