Passive Fire Protection
Fire safety in modular construction requires particular attention to service penetrations, linear joints and connections between modules. To maintain the integrity of fire compartments, fire protection solutions must be rigorously tested, certified and compatible with modular wall and floor assemblies.

The portfolio includes proven fire-rated sealants, foams, tapes and joint sealing systems that help prevent the spread of fire, smoke and hot gases through joints and penetrations. Acrylic, water-based, graphite-filled and hybrid sealants can provide fire resistance of up to 240 minutes, while accommodating the movement and tolerances often associated with modular construction.
For interior applications, PU fire foam offers smoke-tight sealing for linear joints and service openings, while fire protection tapes and joint cords provide effective dry-installation solutions for fire-resistant joint sealing. Together, these products form complete systems that support compliance with fire safety requirements while remaining practical for factory-based manufacturing and on-site installation.
