Community Engagement & Philanthropy

Through the Building a Better World initiative, RPM strives to elevate the communities where we operate, counting on associates' engagement and encouraging associates to actively support non-profits.

For example, our team in Poland participated in the nationwide "Noble Gift" campaign, a large-scale initiative supporting individuals facing financial hardship through targeted donations of essential items. Around 25 employees from Tremco CPG Poland chose to assist an elderly woman with significant health challenges living near our Dryvit plant in Krze Duże. Funds raised were used to purchase essential household appliances, including a gas cooker, microwave and washing machine, along with approximately 130 kg of additional goods such as textiles, cleaning products, food and other household necessities.

Following a grassroots initiative led by a Tremco CPG Poland employee, a group of team members in Warsaw organised a donation drive for children at a care and education centre in Olsztyn. Nine children, aged between nine and 17, received clothing, toys and essential household items.

In the United States, Carboline locations annually host school supply drives to support students in need. Carboline's headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, partnered with KidSmart, a local non-profit organisation that provides essential school items to more than 10,000 students across 160 St. Louis schools each year. Employees at the headquarters donated over 600 items to the initiative.

Additional community engagement efforts include participation in the "Clean Up the World" campaign in Warsaw, where a team of employees collected and sorted litter in the green space surrounding our facility in Poland.
