Tremco CPG UK Ltd is delighted to be celebrating National Customer Service week this year, in recognition of the hard work and effort by their loyal and dedicated customer service team.
In recent years, the construction industry has faced significant challenges regarding building safety, particularly in the realm of fire protection. The Grenfell Tower tragedy in 2017 exposed critical gaps in building safety regulations and sparked a nationwide call for change.
Whilst design guidance that support current Building Regulations are very much applicable to offsite construction, according to a recent technical bulletin from the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, aspects of fire safety such as compartmentation and structural fire protection present compliance challenges that are not addressed by current design guidance solutions.
