Sustainability Goals 2025 – Results and the Road to 2030

The outcome of our 2025 sustainability goals – and the next steps towards 2030

We summarize the outcome of our sustainability goals for 2025 and share the most important results within climate, energy, waste and occupational health and safety. The results – together with key learnings – form the foundation for our new sustainability goals towards 2030.

During the 2025 fiscal year, RPM, Tremco CPG’s parent company, achieved the following results compared to the 2022 baseline:
• Reduced greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 9% per ton of production  
• Reduced energy consumption by 6% per ton of production
• Reduced waste to landfill by 32% per ton of production  
• Increased recycling by 40% per ton of production 
 
In parallel, work continues across the organization on product stewardship, chemical phase-out, occupational health and safety, training and employee engagement.

Sustainability work requires long-term commitment, transparency and continuous improvement. The experiences from 2025 now form an important part of the process of defining our new and more ambitious sustainability goals towards 2030.
